CupertinoDB

A lightweight catalogue for Apple devices, specs, identifiers, and release history.

About CupertinoDB

Retro CupertinoDB banner

CupertinoDB is a lightweight, retro browser friendly catalogue of Apple hardware and software records. It started as a simple way to browse AppleDB data on older browsers, older computers, and devices that struggle with today’s heavier websites. Over time, it grew into something much larger, with expanded datasets, additional sources, and useful tools like a serial/model-code checker.

The site combines AppleDB device data with extensive Apple Support tech spec records and vendor information collected from various sources. CupertinoDB is still growing, and I’m always looking to expand the collection, improve accuracy, and make the experience nicer to use. Contributions, corrections, and extra data are very welcome.
